Cline Howell - Founder and Co-Owner of Vitality

Cline’s experience started with lawn care under a different business at 16. However, working on house projects and remodeling furniture at a much younger age created a hardworking and detail-oriented work ethic. He has not always worked outside, though; he helped manage Great Harvest in Livingston, which was owned by his family till 2018. After that, his business started as creating beautiful landscapes, and hardscaping was found to be more of a passion; after a few years, his wife, Rachel Howell, joined as a Co-Owner and Operator within the business. He also is furthering the business into light construction.

Rachel Howell - Co-Owner of Vitality and Horticulturalist

Rachel’s experience started later in life with a job on a farm that she fell in love with while working to get her Associate’s degree in 2018. After marrying Cline, she would help at times but was not fully invested till 2020, when the business was able to send her to college to gain a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Concentration in Horticulture. While in school, she pursued the knowledge and helped more within the business. Now out of school, she has divided into the business alongside Cline, working as a team; some may say they are a power couple.

Shane Howell - Employee

Shane. is a dedicated and knowledgeable employee in light construction and landscaping and possesses a strong understanding of various construction and landscaping techniques, materials, and tools. He is committed to the work, paying attention to detail and quality in every task our team undertakes. They have hands-on experience in tasks such as laying pathways, planting and maintaining gardens, and constructing small structures like fences or retaining walls. His dedication, knowledge, and passion for our company’s work make him an invaluable asset to any light construction and landscaping team.
